Three sentences from the second years

I think whole stories are embedded, in nascent form, in these three sentences, generated by one group of 2nd-years in seminar today [AR]:

The French lady wore a blue sequinned purse.

Observing the blue sky, she decided to smile.

There was a dragon that didn’t like princesses.
